Overview
You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring member satisfaction.
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that lobby and client areas are well-stocked and displayed attractively

- Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with members effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in upselling techniques, is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and enhancing the member experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
