Responsibilities:
- Design specific massage treatment plans based on a client’s individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a massage therapy license in Plymouth or Maple Grove.
- Ability to carry liability insurance (e.g., ABMP, AMTA).
- Must communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish massage is required.
- Hand & Stone offers training in various modalities for team members, including Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Myofascial, and Neuromuscular techniques.
- Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
