You should be passionate about contributing to the creative design process and bringing projects to life in the built environment. Our ideal candidate is self-driven and able to balance self-directed work while also collaborating with fellow employees and reporting to the Project Manager. Responsibilities will span all phases from concept to construction administration, including but not limited to : Assist in the design of project sites and building massing based on planning codes and regulationsAssist in programming spaces, layout and design of residential units and amenity spaces, interior design, and facade designProduce design drawings, graphic presentations, renderings, and visualizationsProduce design and construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedulesActively participate in team meetings and client meetingsWork collaboratively and coordinate with external design consultantsQualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture3-5 years of professional experienceOn a path to professional licensureStrong Revit and AutoCAD skills3-D modeling and rendering experience (Rhino, Sketchup, VRay, Enscape, Grasshopper)Graphic layout experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelAbility to work effectively as part of a team, willingness to collaborate and learnSelf-driven, ability to self-direct and organizeDetail oriented and thorough, able to carry design from concept through realizationFamiliarity with planning codes and building codesInterest in future leadership positionsPreferred Qualifications : LEED CertificationExperience with multi-family residential, mixed-use, and high-rise buildingsSalary Range :
