We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our team as an Ice Cream Maker. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and high-quality ice cream in a fast-paced and fun environment. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, and energetic.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors on a daily basis, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- Adhere to standardized recipes and portion control to maintain the company's signature flavors.
- Operate and maintain ice cream making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when making ice cream.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a sense of urgency to meet production demands during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in the ice cream production area set by the health department.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary but previous experience in a similar role or the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
