This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm with a hybrid/remote schedule option after 90 days and/or successful training completion.
$23 - $26 / hour
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices, statements and claims for medical equipment and supplies
- Providing world class customer experiences to internal and external customers
- Ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for timely filing
- Utilizing knowledge and resources to process invoices, statement and claims in a timely manner
- Guiding customers through their billing inquiries
Qualifications:
- Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required
- At least one-year related experience is required
- Prefer medical/durable medical equipment experience
