Responsibilities:
- Must be dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and snow removal to ensure the upkeep of the grounds.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for landscaping and lawn care duties.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, edgers, snowblowers, and other small machinery as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, lobbies and common areas.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily projects efficiently.
- Drive company vehicles to transport employees, equipment and materials to various work sites.
- Work closely with individuals with disabilities to provide support and assistance as necessary.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record to fulfill job requirements effectively.
