What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Account Executive position at Handle?
Our client is building AI research agents that are revolutionizing how companies handle sales, operations, and recruiting. As a YC-backed company, they've grown rapidly and are now profitable. Their team is young, ambitious, and loves working together in person in San Francisco. They are looking for someone who shares their enthusiasm for AI and sales, and who's ready to grow as they scale.
Key Requirements : AI agents / data workflows interest, outbound sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead), communication for high-volume calls (7am-7pm), startup sales experience, full sales cycle management ($50K ACV), multi-stakeholder sales.
Responsibilities : Sales calls, team-building, pipeline creation, customer support.
Ideal candidates should love talking on the phone, live for closing deals, and have a deep passion for sales. They are looking for someone who has two years or less experience as an AE / Founding AE, but have a natural knack for selling. Bonus points if you are interested in AI and have constructed outbound playbooks or GTM motions.
