Job Description

Schedule - 1st shift - 6 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm Monday to Thursday, 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm Friday

Occasional weekend production

Pay - $16-$17 / hour.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with document management systems, such as SharePoint or similar systems

  • Strong knowledge of records management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document handling and proofreading
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus
