We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3 years of tax experience in public accounting or law firms.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include tax compliance, controversy and planning, drafting, implementing estate plans, and administering estate strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental skills in the taxation area relevant to all private clients. Candidates should possess strong communication, drafting, writing, research, and analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Requirements and Qualifications :
JD; candidates with business, financial or tax background qualifications or (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST), Law Review, CPA or Business Law Journal experience preferred.
