Handler Thayer, LLP is an internationally recognized firm based in downtown Chicago that focuses on Business & Corporate Law, Private Client Trusts & Estates and Taxation serving primarily affluent families, family offices and privately-held companies.
We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Partner or Senior Level Attorney with 10 substantive experience drafting and implementing sophisticated Estate and Advance Planning strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning business transactions, private equity, securities offerings, and mergers & acquisitions.
Requirements :

Education : JD; candidates with business, financial or tax qualifications (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience preferred.
