We are seeking a dedicated and professional dental insurance verification person.
Responsibilities
- Insurance verification ,entering in dental benefits and break down of coverage in the computer with Dentrix software.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Experience
- Previous experience in dental front desk or administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in data entry, calendar management, and general office software is essential. Dentrix is our software.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm & Every other Friday 7am -12
