Overview
HANDMAKER is looking for a dynamic & skilled LPN/RN to join our management team in the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. This person will fulfill an important role in the next phase of Handmaker’s future as a high-performance skilled nursing facility center of excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implementation, management, and coordination of our Infection Control policies
- Assist DON in management of all clinical aspects of LTC and SNF residents
- Provide direct and indirect care to residents
- Clinical on-call rotation
- Salaried position with flexible hours to meet the needs of the organization
- Demonstrated track record as a successful DON or ADON preferred
Qualifications
· Valid LPN/RN License
· Current Infection Control Prevention Certificate preferred. Must obtain if hired
· Previous nurse management experience preferred · Kind and passionate to care for our valued seniors
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Previous experience working with seniors preferred
Weekends and on call will be required
