Title: Finance Director
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 (net of local taxes)

Location: Gulf of Mexico
Our client, a global oilfield services provider headquartered in Norway with operations in the Gulf of Mexico, is seeking a qualified and Big 4/Top10 audit trained Finance Director to join their offshore finance team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the financial evaluation, operational accounting and cost controlling area, review financial performance through analysis.
- To manage and be responsible for statutory reporting which includes the review and finalization of audited financial accounts, compliance to relevant tax and related regulations and ensure submission and filling are completed in timely for all entities.
- To manage and responsible for regular management reporting, which includes the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- To advise, improve and ensure compliance with related financial and accounts internal, controls, system and processes, directives and procedures and automation of reports.
- To report and monitor collections, manage working capital requirements including cash management, payables and capital expenditure.
- Direct the formulation and development of the business plan and budget, financial projection and cashflow projection to support the development of short-term initiative and long strategy.
- Oversee all audit, tax functions and internal control operations.
- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.
- Supervise other finance and accounting professionals, maintain detailed records for financial analysis.
- Supervise the budget to allocate resources in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
- Assistance in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/administration/Economics.
- Preferred – master’s degree in accounting/finance with CPA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years of Finance and accounting experience with at least 10 years of supervisor position.
- Understanding of budget planning and finance.
- Advanced experience using different methodical approaches for managing finances.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, financial compliance and focus on financial control and stewardship
- Proven experience in delivering change within complex environments
- Exceptionally strong influencing skills to champion the agenda and adeptly manage potential challengesting Principles (GAAP)
