Overview:
We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. This position is FULLY REMOTE.
What you'll be doing:
- Get the word out about our open positions and chat with candidates to see if they're a good fit.
- Make sure we have our recruitment game plan set up on really and other job posting sites and work with our management to plan the best way to fill each position.
- Look for potential top-notch candidates at events and online to attract the best of the best.
- Screen all applications that roll in, and set up interviews with the most promising candidates.
- Make sure everyone who applies meets all the requirements, including licenses and credentials, and help new hires get settled in.
Some extra things you'll do:
- Check to make sure that everyone who applies has the right licenses and credentials for the job.
- Stay up to date on all the latest licensing and certification requirements for healthcare professionals.
- Make a detailed checklist to verify that candidates meet all the requirements, so we only consider the best of the best.
What you'll need to bring to the table:
- 1 year of experience in healthcare sourcing and recruitment and a solid understanding of healthcare industry rules and requirements.
- Be willing to learn the Google Suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking systems (ATS), and our Candidate Tracking Management (CTM) systems.
- Be super organized and detail-oriented and be able to keep sensitive information confidential.
