Job Summary
The Financial Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all customer and client accounts are kept current by meeting weekly and monthly deadlines. This is a fully remote position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate timely and accurate customer invoices monthly.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging report to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in resolving inquiries regarding invoicing and payment process.
- Process weekly and monthly funding
- Respond to inquiries from guardians and government agencies to ensure smooth financial management for our participants.
- Assist with accounts receivable reconciliation monthly.
- Assist in gathering and compiling data to generate monthly reports.
- Enter client financial accounts in computer system.
- Complete month-end summary reviews of all client funds.
- Set up bank accounts for new clients and communicate information with appropriate parties.
- Perform client finance reconciliation monthly.
- Set up monthly budgets for clients and ensure client needs are funded appropriately.
- Complete federal program/benefit applications on behalf of the client.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 years A/R, A/P or other accounting experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Therap and/or RFMS experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
