We are looking for Direct Support Professionals/DSP to work in a residential location to support individuals with activities, habilitation, and daily living activities.
Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals. Understand the importance of documentation.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience not required – we will train you!
Pay: $17
Hiring Bonus: $1,000 hiring bonus! $500 will be paid out after 30 days of employment and another $500 after 60 days of employment.

What You’ll Do: Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.
