Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver.
What You’ll Do: Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. You will support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a day site and in community settings.
Hours: Monday through Friday day hours
Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals. Understand the importance of documentation.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience not required – we will train you!
Pay: $18-$19 an hour
