Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team.  This role is essential in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, particulary focusing on children, adults, and families.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and demonstrate a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for clients dealing with diverse challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical counselling and therapyto clients, with a focus on pediatrics and special education needs.
• Conduct assissments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Offer support in areas such as PTSD care, addition counseling, and child family counseling.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with mulidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Egage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and counseling.

Requirements

• A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Relevant experience in pediatrics, PTSD care, addiction counseling, or special education is preferred.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and clinical counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical.
