This is position is full -time scheduled Monday – Friday with working hours of 9a -6p. The pay is $13-15 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role is located at our center located : 3850 Winter Rose Dr, Orlando, FL 32808

The Pre-K Teacher creates a warm and exciting classroom environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will plan fun and hands-on activities that help children develop important early skills in reading, math, language, and social interaction. As a Pre-K Teacher, you’ll be a positive role model, guiding and supporting each child as they prepare for school and build a strong foundation for future learning.

What You’ll Do :

Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards

Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching

Plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth

Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

Ensure all Center policies and state regulations are met

What We Need from You :

bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field of study

FL DCF 45 hours required with CDA preferred

Minimum of 1 -2 years of professional early childhood education or experience

Must clear a full level II DCF background check

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and technology skills

Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed

Demonstrate empathy and patience in difficult situations while being Cheerful, enthusiastic, and engaging in the workplace

Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns

CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certification completion within 30 days of employment
