This is a full time w-2 position. NOT 1099.

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000/yr benefits performance bonuses.

Candidate must have their own tools and transportation(work truck or van).

Experienced (10 years) tradesperson/handyperson who excels in:

• Carpentry - Framing and Deck building
• Tile,
• Lite electrical,
• Lite plumbing,
• Drywall repairs,
• Painting,
• Carpentry, Wood rot,
• Others skills such as general construction, etc.
• Organization and detail- oriented,
• Ability to work for demanding customers,
• Ability to think on your feet.

Requirements:

• Provide all your own tools,
• Provide a utility van or truck.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work in Charlotte area 7am - 5pm daily.
