What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Coordinator position at Handshake in Heels?
As a Field Service Coordinator you will be an essential part of the Field Service Team, assisting with many day-to-day requests, including estimating small service jobs and following up with customers on active quotations and orders, coordinating with the outside sales force on customer requests, processing purchase orders, job sheets, and customer invoices in a timely fashion, communicating with Field Service Technicians, customers, and sub-contractors about logistics and schedules of service jobs and managing short-term projects to successful completion. The Field Service Coordinator works directly with the Service Business Specialist and Field Service Manager to support the current and long-term growth.
