Handsome Devil BBQ in Poughkeepsie, NY is looking for one cashier to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate has great customer service skills, is a fast learner and likes working on a team.
Compensation: $14-17/hr PLUS TIPS.
Responsibilities
*Opening & Closing of restaurant and draws
*Greet customers entering and leaving the business
*Pack and Serve Side Dishes
*Maintain a clean and tidy work area
*Accurately process all cash and credit payments
*Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
*Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
*Basic mathematical skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Available shifts and compensation:
We are open Thursday-Sunday, 11:30am-8pm. Shifts depend on your availability and our needs. This is a part OR full time position. Compensation depends on your experience. The hourly compensation does not include daily tip bonuses.
About Handsome Devil BBQ: Handsome Devil is a busy, award-winning BBQ restaurant in Newburgh NY. Poughkeepsie is our second location. We make all of our food on premises and take great pride in our food and the appearance and the cleanliness of our restaurant.
