We empower healthcare providers to rapidly and accurately respond to emergent calls with ease, while reducing medical errors and improving quality of care for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through proactive outbound cold calls and lead follow-up
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Setting up demos for prospects and coordinating with Business Development Managers
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager
- Accurately logging, tracking, and maintaining customer contact and records in our Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- One year of prior sales experience (phone experience preferred)
- Prior experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Professional demeanor and phone voice tonality
- Ability to understand prospect needs and properly qualify accounts
