Supply Chain Analyst duties include analyzing current and historic demand to maintain optimal inventory levels. Analyze production and manufacturing process to plan efficient production schedules for the facility. Maintaining inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods. Communicating with departments and customer service on the status of production schedules/orders. Develops and assists in process improvements and other duties as assigned. This is a senior position and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide analysis for capacity & planning impact, understand and demonstrate production constraints and provide alternate solutions
Perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning, facilitate the resolution of resource constraints and other existing or potential schedule/production interruptions
Manage inventory levels and production schedules to coordinate weekly shipping schedule and ensure 100 percent customer service.
Conducts cycle counts of inventory, including design and implementation of the program and any needed changes. Actively plans and participates in yearly inventory counts.
Responsible for the movement and accuracy of all work in process and finished goods inventories.
Create, manage and maintain to reflect real-time visibility an integrated production schedule, satisfying customer demand while leveling work to manufacturing, optimizing inventory levels and resource utilization
Obtain quotes and issue PO’s for all raw materials to maintain an up-to-date, adequate inventory of all raw materials so that daily production demands can be met.
Works with and assists plant personnel, including, but not limited to, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferable with a class background that includes inventory and supply chain management, material resource planning, or closely related field. Experience of 3 years or more in similar role may be considered in lieu of degree. Familiarity with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel with experience utilizing it as an analytic tool.
- Proficient in MRP/ERP Systems.
- Ability to collect and analyze information, see trends, problem-solve, and make decisions.
- Adept at root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize and move quickly from task to task, meet strict deadlines, adjust to changes in plans, strategy and circumstances and works independently.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
