Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented experienced Cleaner (Property Visit & Bidding Required) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in cleaning services and be confident in evaluating properties in person to present a competitive bid for each job. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Visit client properties to assess the scope of cleaning required.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to travel to job sites in the Detroit area (primarily zip code 48221).
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Basic cleaning supplies and equipment required.
- Recommended carrying Insurance.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting or standing for extended periods.
