WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Strong commitment to world class customer service
Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand
Work independently with minimal supervision
NECESSARY SKILLS:
You need to know how a house is assembled from start to finish. You won't be an expert in everything, but you have to know how each component relates to the others and why things are built the way that they are.
Carpentry, door repair and installation, privacy fence and gate repair, light electrical and plumbing
Build solid productive relationships with team members and clients
Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs
Manage projects by procuring materials and subcontractors, managing delivery and labor to complete the work order quickly and profitably
WHO YOU ARE:
Team player attitude, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
Uphold strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Reliable, very organized, with a strong attention to detail
Able to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity (a large portion of the job is problem solving)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
At least 3 years of clean driving history

Experience:
- Construction: 10 years (Required) of residential remodeling or building experience
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to pull and back up trailers
Ability to Relocate:
- Springfield, MO area: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
