Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding new and ongoing projects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Create, present, and sell project estimates to customers, ensuring clear communication of project scope and costs.
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Project Management
- Oversee and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a liaison between customers and craftsmen to manage expectations and ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Material Procurement
- Source and procure materials required for projects, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure availability of materials.
- Manage inventory and monitor supply levels to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, project management, or material procurement (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build trust with customers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction materials and processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using technology, including smartphones, internet-based tools, and scheduling software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
