Job Summary :
Provide basic aging-in-place maintenance skills for residents and businesses in Jacksonville and the surrounding area.
Sell work and produce it with great satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.
Job Requirements
Great customer service and client relations
Material management
A readiness to learn new skills
Must have current driver's license and insurance
Must have basic tools, decent vehicle capable of carrying small materials, tools, and a six-foot ladder.
Experience in basic residential maintenance and aging-in-place (replacing air filters, light bulbs, doorknobs, etc.)
Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
Must be able to pass a background check
