This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize office files, records, and schedules.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally, providing a calming and reassuring presence for clients.
- Assist in coordinating client communications, scheduling appointments, scheduling handyman work, tracking jobs, and ensuring schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the office manager and team with various administrative tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs with patience and professionalism.
