We’re looking for a dedicated Job Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service. As a key player on team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact by efficiently coordinating schedules, managing customer appointments, and helping our technicians get to the right place at the right time.

Your Role:
- Coordinate and schedule service and installation appointments for customers.
- Dispatching technicians strategically; routing them by location and skillset for maximum efficiency.
- Actively encouraging a growth mindset with all technicians. YOU are their cheerleader!
- Continuously communicate with field managers and the Customer Experience Manager on job details and customer matters.
- Keep customers informed and set clear expectations before the technician arrives.
- Tracking department metrics and accepting partial ownership for successes and failures.
- Work closely with both customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience, Preferably At Least 5 Years
- Previous Job Coordinating or Dispatching Experience a Plus
- Previous Service Titan Experience a Plus but Not Required
- Willing to Hold Technicians Accountable to Our Core Values
- Must Enjoy Collaboration and Contribute to a Supportive and Harmonious Work Environment
- Self-Motivated and Able to Work Independently
- Excellent Listening, Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Comfortable Enforcing Policies and Procedures
- Ability to Pass a Background Screening
