Handyside is looking for a Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will oversee our service and installation departments, ensuring our customers receive service that reflects our core values and stands behind our Happiness Guarantee. You will train and enforce processes that foster excellent customer communication and execute seamless service delivery. The Service Manager will be the direct contact and support system for the team.

Job Duties:
- Deliver weekly sales-based training and lead team meetings to drive technician performance while upholding core values.
- Ensure each team member understands their minimum expectations and has a clear path with actionable steps to achieve their targets.
- Drive same-day service completion and excellent customer service to create a hassle-free, memorable experience.
- Conduct ride-alongs and job site visits to provide coaching, evaluate service quality, and ensure adherence to company protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, performance reviews, and actionable feedback.
- Onboard and train new hires to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company standards.
- Support management in disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, and operational strategies.
- Track key performance indicators, proactively addressing deficiencies to drive results.
- Provide technical and sales support to field technicians, including after-hours assistance when needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance communication, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Promote and enforce a safe, productive work environment through training and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 Years Management Experience; Proving Strong Leadership and Coaching Abilities
- Strong Knowledge of Service Processes and Customer Relationship Management
- Must be a Team Player and Self-Motivated
- Exhibit a Strong Commitment to Dependability & Reliability
- Excellent Listening, Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite Products
- Create HAPPY Customer Experiences with Your Professional & Positive Attitude
- Ability to Pass a Background Screening
