Haney & Company, Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist with a diverse types of projects and work with many different clients.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and be able to coordinate their workload. The candidate should have the availability to work overtime during the busy season (January – April). Previous accounting firm experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients as they arrive in-office or on the telephone with their initial questions / needs
- Enter and deposit daily accounts receivable
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support the filing process of business and individual tax returns
- Oversee stock of office supplies
