Schedule & Shift Details:
- Full-Time (3 shifts per week)
- One weekend per month required
- Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Stable, long-term patient assignments

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, 1:1 skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Monitor and document changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist with mobility, personal care, and daily activities as needed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Valid AHA BLS Card
- Washington State Food Worker’s Card (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license & valid car insurance
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Must be able to transport clients to/from appointments PRN
Preferred:
- 1 year of nursing experience (home health, acute care, or geriatrics preferred)
- Experience working independently in a home setting
