Job Duties/Scope Of Work
The Conduct of Maintenance Support position will support the Maintenance Management Programs Department and be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Company-wide Maintenance Program Plan (CMPP) to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance activities, the equipment and the configured systems. This role involves analyzing equipment choices, performance, and work history to establish strategies that optimize operational, mechanical and programmatic performance.
Duties
- Develop and implement a (CMPP) tailored to HMIS contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with organizations to gather data and insights on equipment performance and history to evaluate implemented reliability centered principles.
- Establish and document maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
- Continuously review and update the CMPP program taking into consideration new technology and operational changes.
- Provide evaluation and optimization of maintenance activities.
- Act as an SME for Maintenance Management Programs procedures.
- Produce reports and assessments supporting maintenance programs and activities.
- Assist HMIS Projects in evaluating components for reliability centered value, frequency, and maintainability.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of project execution and system operation.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of reliability centered maintenance principles.
- Shows history of good problem-solving skills.
- Experienced with performing assessments and process improvements.

- Proficient in MS Excel.
