What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemistry Analyst I position at Hanford Pharmaceuticals?
Position description, Chemistry Analyst: Working knowledge of HPLC, wet chemistry methodology, and USP testing is preferred. Schedule and perform testing of finished products, raw materials, and drug product components using established methodology; maintain laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and complete required paperwork. Maintain supplies and equipment; participate in method development. Review quality control generated data; participate in analyst training; complete product release paperwork; perform quality reviews including stability data.
Experience & Education requirements: Associates’ Degree in Chemistry or equivalent with 2 years experience in a Chemistry lab, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent. Candidates with extensive experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Knowledge of GMPs and GLPs is preferred. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Typical work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
