Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible to work with field personnel to gather information from various technical sources, including 360 camera deployment in the field. This information will be processed with advanced software for delivery via Web and cloud.
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Work with field personnel to establish 360 walkthroughs of selected facilities.
- Respond to field requests for ad hoc support of Pre-Job briefs, lockout/tagout and similar field activities.
- Support Virtual Reality based material delivery with various platforms.
- Support the Training Department in development of course material.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Grade 16:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; and 2 years' enterprise level IT related experience in performing activities typical to BRM or related Project Portfolio Management/Enterprise Relationship Management area.
- 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 1 year experience applying advanced computer skills.
Grade 17:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business administration, or related field; and 5 years of enterprise level IT related experience in performing activities typical to BRM or related Project Portfolio Management/Enterprise Relationship Management area.
- 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 2 years' experience applying advanced computer skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional surveyor certifications
- Laser Scanning or surveying experience
- Familiarity with point cloud registration software such as Register 360, Cyclone or 3DR
- Familiarity with 360° cameras and use of hardware
- Working knowledge of Human Performance Improvement (HPI)
- Familiarity with tank farms and facilities
- Able to enter tank farms or willing to take training to gain tank farm access
- Experience wearing a respirator or self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA)
- Experience working in construction environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of organization
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Range Minimum: $88,200
Hiring Range Maximum: $122,113

In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, H2C takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial grade and salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made at the appropriate grade level and within the targeted hiring range posted according to these factors. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
