H2C seeks a Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Field Lead to supervise Conduct of Operations Coaches and report to the Conduct of Operations / HPI manager.
This individual will manage the ConOps field programs by leading, directing, and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. They will be responsible for ensuring that H2C and subcontractors implement a compliant Conduct of Operations Program and foster program improvements, focusing on safe, reliable, predictable, and excellent performance of work.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manages the implementation and compliance of requirements from DOE O 422.1 to company mandated policies, procedures, and programs.
- Continually reviews activities of the WRPS line organizations and develop, support, and monitor implementation of plans for improved safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Acts as an integral part of the Conduct of Operations Council leadership team and provide guidance and support to operations and maintenance management.
- Advises senior management of potential areas of concerns and opportunities for program improvement.
- Develops improved performance measures to track progress and identify trends.
- Maintains the Conduct of Operations plan level documents, TFC-PLN-05 & TFC-PLN-114.
- Develops, implements, and tracks to completion improvement initiatives to the Conduct of Operations Program.
- Leverages the expertise gained from prior experience in such a way as to have a clearly beneficial effect on safe and efficient performance of field work at H2C.
- Interfaces with representatives of DOE, DNFSB, and other regulatory and oversight agencies.
- Benchmark Conduct of Operations programs from the industry to provide opportunities for improvement.
- Manages personnel performing Conduct of Operations program activities including field Conduct of Operations Coaches.
Required Qualifications
Grade 22:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 15 years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Tank Operating Contract operations experience including COA and SM qualifications.
- Career progression with increasing scope and responsibility.
- Experience with collecting data, analyzing the data, and communicating results to management.
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Range Minimum: $159,363
Hiring Range Maximum: $209,688

In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, H2C takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial grade and salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made at the appropriate grade level and within the targeted hiring range posted according to these factors. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
