  • Developing Feed Batch Methodologies: Define the methodology and selection criteria for future feed batches, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the treatment process.
  • Identifying Infrastructure Needs: Proactively identify and prioritize infrastructure needs essential to support current and future waste feed delivery plans.
  • Leading Technical Baseline Development: Spearhead the development and establishment of innovative technical baseline approaches for waste feed delivery planning activities.
  • Fostering Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Cultivate strong working relationships and ensure seamless integration with design, construction, tank waste treatment operations, and engineering organizations.
  • Integrating Operational, Technical, and Strategic Approaches: Effectively coordinate and integrate diverse operational, technical, and strategic perspectives into a unified and cohesive approach.
  • Communicating with Stakeholders: Interact confidently with senior management and the client to clearly communicate technical details, program and project status, along with potential risks and opportunities.
  • Leading and Developing the Team: Provide clear and concise communication to engineering staff, set clear expectations for schedules and deliverables, and proactively remove obstacles to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Investing in Professional Growth: Contribute to and actively lead the professional development of direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Managing Resources: Identify needs and initiate requisitions for additional staff or subcontract support to ensure adequate resources are available.
  • Ensuring Performance Standards: Ensure that team members consistently meet expectations for technical quality, adherence to schedules, and cost performance.
  • Driving Scope Accomplishment: Lead the team in achieving project scope and effectively integrate critical activities across different work streams.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills, with a proven ability to coordinate complex projects and drive results in a highly regulated environment.
