Come join our Team Members as a Shift Lead where you will aid in the training and resources your team will need to be successful, and in turn to serve our valued customers to provide an industry leading experience and unparalleled value. The Shift Lead role with Hang10 Car Wash is a great way to utilize your leadership and management skills in a highly rewarding environment!

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00-$18.00 / hour

Requirements :

Previous leadership or management experience (required)
Car wash experience (required)
Car wash equipment experience (preferred)

Responsibilities :

Welcome guests using the Hang 10 standards of customer excellence.

Drives sales of monthly Shaka Club memberships by making every customer aware of program

Maintain high standards for customer service, profitability, and car wash quality

Smiling and engaging with guests throughout the customer journey.

Work to solve any guest or operational issues that may arise.

Drive value proposition to guests and encourage use of all value-add items for their benefit - free vacs, air tool, mat wash, towels, vacuums, window cleaner etc.

Use Shaka Sign at pay stations, tunnel and vacuum areas to thank exiting guests.

Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of car wash equipment as needed.

Consistently uphold company policies.

Complete all operational checklists as required

Address customer service concerns

Promote a high energy environment in the workplace

Ensure a safe, clean and friendly site appearance to customers

Skills :

Ability to lead a team of 8-15 staff members to success
