We need someone who loves all things influencers. You have your finger on the pulse of where influencers are activating and what kind of content moves the needle, not just for likes, comments and shares, but yields measurable ROI for clients.
You’re a team player and while you’ve planted yourself in the influencer strategy lane, you also understand how influencers play into the larger 360 marketing lens that could include social media, experiential, PR or video production.
This position will report into the VP of Influencer, and work closely with internal teams across the HangarFour as well as our PR partners at DKC, to develop innovative programming that engages, builds brands and achieves measurable ROI results.

Essential Job Duties
- Help build multi-tiered influencer plans to create brand awareness and engagement across earned and paid activity
- Liaise with relevant talent and their agencies to negotiate earned and paid partnerships as well as manage activities and output from start to finish.
- Create program recaps and report benchmark monthly results and productivity.
- Build and maintain up to date lists of diverse influencers in agency platforms to ensure easy influencer pull across key verticals
- Track, monitor and analyze performance while keeping a close tab on competitor activities. Identify gaps and opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.
- Conduct extensive US celebrity and influencer outreach to secure high profile endorsement for clients across online, social media, and press.
- Participate in the execution of influencer initiatives, including but not limited to product launches, strategic events, as well as press releases and product send-outs.
