Senior Influencer Strategist

Who We Need

HangarFour, a creative service agency, seeks a Senior Influencer Strategist to join a team who works tirelessly to develop smart strategies, amazing ideas, and flawless execution. Oh yeah, and have a lot of fun! This role will be responsible for supporting senior leaders in defining, developing and implementing robust influencer strategies for a variety of clients. They will drive robust brand awareness and build a broad reach of advocates across the influencer space, including celebrities, vloggers/bloggers, and more. This position will support the overall functions of H4's Influence department, with a focus on influencer discovery, outreach, negotiation, contracting and on-going management of programs, and working as a direct client contact. This role will report to the Senior Director of Influencer Strategy

Your Role

• Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute exciting influencer strategies rooted in client KPIs and measurable success that you are able to adeptly report on to educate clients on the performance of their campaign.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor junior influencer marketing professionals. Cultivate their talents, guiding them to achieve collective and personal success.
• Client Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with our prestigious clients. Your insights and strategic guidance will be the cornerstone of their influencer marketing success.
• Innovation and Growth: Be a supporting pillar of business development. Use your creativity and market insights to develop new, groundbreaking solutions in influencer marketing.
• Campaign Mastery: Play a senior role in the creation, implementation, and analysis of influencer campaigns. Ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  
  

We're Seeking

• A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A professional with 3-4 years of influencer marketing experience with management experience
• A digital savvy expert, well-versed in the latest trends and analytics tools.
