As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in improving business performance with the goal of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency for the SPS and SureFit organizations. This role will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing sales productivity, managing projects, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Your Impact

  • Work closely with the SPS and SureFit businesses to achieve revenue and performance objectives
  • Act as player-coach, overseeing direct reports while also maintaining your own workload
  • Proactively evaluate current business practices and drive continual process improvements in support of revenue growth, with a focus on optimization and efficiency gains
  • Oversee pricing strategy and pricing management to drive profitable growth
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business KPIs, revenue, and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage strategic business projects from ideation through to launch
  • Foster organizational alignment between support departments (ie: Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, E-Commerce, Sales and Customer Service), ensuring collaboration and smooth business operations
  • Partner with system owners to ensure key business systems are optimized for our business (Oracle, SPS Commerce, Salesforce, Magento, etc.)
  • Ensure SPS and SureFit are in compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.A. /B.S. in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration or another related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years operational experience in a multi-site business
  • Minimum 5 years field or multi-site management experience
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred

  • Strong financial and operational analytical capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the Orthotics and Prosthetics business, healthcare regulations and reimbursement issues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, make well thought out decisions, and take decisive actions
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
