Company information
Our company is a professional enterprise engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of various heat exchangers. We currently have over 40 wholly-owned and joint venture subsidiaries worldwide. The company's main business areas include five major series of products: oil coolers, cooling modules, EGR coolers, SCR systems, and aluminum die-casting parts, totaling more than 3000 varieties and specifications. These products are primarily used for cooling engine oil, fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, air, water, and for post-treatment of engine exhaust to reduce NOX emissions. They are widely applied in automobiles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, locomotives, wind power generation, generator sets, ships, compressors, industrial, and civilian sectors, among others.
Essentital for the role
-Proficient in digital circuits, analog circuits, with experience in microcontroller circuit design.
-Experience in high-voltage product design for new energy electric vehicles.
-Responsible for hardware tasks related to projects such as intelligent water valves, PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) devices, ADUs (Analog-to-Digital Units), X-Box, integrated module controllers, etc., including component selection, schematic drawing, PCB layout, simulation testing, utilizing hardware simulation software such as Proteus, supporting electrical performance testing, EMC testing, and fault analysis.
-PhD degree in a relevant field of electronic information, with 3-5 years of work experience.
What you’ll do
Responsible for ensuring the hardware technical capabilities of the company's electronic control systems meet the company's development and customer requirements, including planning and strategizing hardware development and testing capability enhancements, guiding the technical work of the hardware team, and customer project electronic control system development.
-Write system hardware control requirement documents according to customer needs and conduct conceptual design.
Controller DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) partitioning and design, analyze product failure modes and mechanisms in advance to avoid them during design.
-Select major core components based on hardware requirements and conceptual design, and organize department personnel for conceptual design and core component selection reviews according to the conceptual design.
-Optimize the conceptual design based on review results or adjust the selection accordingly, and proceed with detailed design based on the approved conceptual design.
-Schematic design and PCB layout, organize relevant personnel for review during the process stage to ensure that the design principles, input/output signals, and parameters meet the load and customer requirements.
-Prototype fabrication, soldering, and debugging, collaborate with testing engineers to conduct functional and electrical performance testing on samples.
-Promptly respond to and resolve hardware-related issues of controllers raised by customers.
-Analyze product issues at each stage from customer requirements to product SOP (Start of Production), continuously improve DFMEA and product design, and optimize and enhance them to ultimately meet customer requirements.
-Complete other tasks assigned by leadership and assist the department in completing other tasks.
-Cooperate with other departments to accomplish corresponding tasks.
-Participate in internal and external technical exchanges within the company.
The job position will be in Zhejiang, China, so it's better to speak Chinese.
