Cleaning Crew

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in creating a positive atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
