Position Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and weights.
- Help with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Assist with treatments and procedures as directed by nurses.
- Feed and hydrate patients as per care plan.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Collect and handle specimens for testing (where applicable).
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to infection control practices.
- Participate in patient care planning and provide feedback to the nursing team.
- Assist with patient transport for appointments and therapies.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CNA certification.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different patient care needs.
Salary : $20 - $25
