- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or alternatives.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering resolutions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to improve processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
