Our current opening is for a full-time Assistant Community Manager.
POSITION PROFILE:
We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Community Manager to join our award-winning community in Exton.
This role entails:
- Assist Community Manager in ensuring all Hankin Apartments policies and procedures are followed, as well as relevant industry standards and laws (Federal Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and local housing laws)
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing resident communications, work orders, accounts receivable processes, and delinquency procedures.
- Manage and track prospect traffic to ensure timely follow up.
- Collaborate with Community Manager on resident events, implementation of social media, brand reputation and additional marketing efforts as needed.
- Demonstrate strong customer relationship management to the team to ensure staff is proactively engaged with resident issues and prospect inquiries.
- Work with the team to ensure all leases are processed in a timely manner and ready for Manager review
- Ensure all lease renewals are processed in a timely manner
- Walk the property to ensure model units, common areas, amenities are in pristine condition
What we’ll expect from you:
- 1-3 years experience Property Management experience.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation and/or BA/BS degree preferred
- Exceptional customer service and listening skills
- Leadership and Supervisory skills
- Strong accounting skills
- Commitment to quality and integrity
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent time management
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, industry software systems, and Yardi a plus
- Social Media and marketing skills
