We are currently seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator, Residential Real Estate for our Charlotte, NC office. This role is vital to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction by managing financial processing, mailings, and critical administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include

  • Earnest Money & Due Diligence Processing - Book and track earnest money and due diligence checks to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Check Distribution - Mail checks after closings, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently.
  • Bulk Mailing Management - Oversee the firm's bulk mailing process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of documents.
  • Loan Package Handling - Mail completed loan packages to lenders, ensuring compliance with all necessary deadlines and requirements.
  • Administrative Support - Assist with general office tasks as needed to support the team and maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Wire Verification - Verify wire instructions to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with fraud prevention protocols.

Qualifications Include

  • High school diploma
  • Administrative experience is preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Humble and teachable.
  • Strong task management skills with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Customer-centric - the customer always comes first!
  • Solution-oriented - excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills and proficiency and a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
