We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney in our Alpharetta, GA office! You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in practice. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, organized, possess superior interpersonal skills and are able to handle a high number of closings daily.

Responsibilities :

Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers and sellers
Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
Hold either a current appointment as a Georgia Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work
Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situation
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

JD from accredited Law School

Georgia bar license required

4 years residential real-estate experience

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
