Job Purpose
The Credit Analyst at Hankook Tire is an individual contributor, typically assigned to a geographic area or product line that focuses on processing and evaluating credits, and/or collections of customer accounts. The ideal individual will have exceptional communication skills as they will commonly coordinate with Hankook’s sales team and/or business customers. This person will also have strong mathematical skills and experience in accounting.
Key Accountabilities
- Assess and make decisions about customer credit applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, credit viability, and customer payment history.
- Read and interpret financial statements.
- Make credit decisions within assigned authority limits.
- Working with credit reporting agencies.
- Interface with sales staff on credit decision.
- Manage relationships with credit insurance and factors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, financing, business or related field preferred
- 3-10 years of experience hands on credit review procedures
- SAP experience preferred
- Must have strong MS-Excel experience
